Sound familiar?

Here's how most families juggle it today.

The school portal, a work calendar, the kids' activities in their own apps, and a busy WhatsApp group. No two agree.

You hear about the excursion the night before, when the form's already due.

Two kids, two places, the same 3:30 pickup, and one car.

Someone books a dentist over soccer, and nobody notices until it's too late.

The whole plan lives in one person's head, and everyone keeps asking them what's on.

The date you need is in the group chat somewhere, buried under sixty messages.

From juggling to sorted.

The same busy week, before and after.

Before. Everyone's juggling, and it all lives in your head.

One place for every group you juggle.

FamSynch organises your life into the groups you actually coordinate with. Your family is one group. You can add the soccer parents, close friends, or the grandparents too. FamSynch calls these circles. A circle is simply a group you coordinate with.

Start with your family

Your family is your first circle, with one shared calendar so everyone's day is in one spot.

Add the groups you plan with

The soccer parents, close friends, the grandparents. Each is its own circle, with its own calendar and a spot for quick updates.

See it all in one view

Your whole life across every circle, together in one place. Nothing scattered, nothing forgotten.

One app that keeps up with your family.

Capture it once. FamSynch keeps everyone on the same page.

Snap it, done AI

Turn a screenshot into a calendar event.

No more squinting at a newsletter and typing it all in by hand. Screenshot a school notice, sports roster or booking confirmation, drop it in, and FamSynch reads the date, time and place — then puts the event on the right person's calendar. You just tap to confirm. Five minutes of typing becomes five seconds.

See everyone's day at a glance.

A single colour-coded calendar for the whole family. Every event carries a privacy choice you control: Private (only you see it), Busy (others see you're busy, not what), or Shared (full details for the group).

Catch clashes early

Spot the clashes before they blow up your day.

Two things at once. Not enough time to get between them. Something booked too close to an exam. FamSynch flags these clashes so you can sort them early, not in the car park. Free for everyone.

Never miss what matters AI

Reminders that actually help.

Leave-by times so you're never late. FamSynch checks the weather for your events too, so you get a nudge to grab an umbrella for the school run or a jacket for the evening party. And you stay in control: choose what you're reminded about, set quiet hours, and reminders bundle into one daily briefing instead of buzzing all day. Plus the week ahead.

Beyond the family

Coordinate with other families, not group chats.

A circle is any group you plan with: the soccer parents, your book club, the cousins, the neighbours who share the school run. Each circle gets its own shared calendar, so plans live with the group instead of getting lost in a chat. Here's what you do in one:

  • 📣Announce. "Game's moved to 5pm Saturday." Everyone in the circle sees it at once, no chat pile-on.
  • 🗳️Propose & RSVP. Float a plan, and each family taps in, out, or suggests another time.
  • 🔎Find a time. FamSynch picks the slot that suits everyone, so nobody trades forty messages.
  • 🟢See when friends are actually free. Add a friend to a circle and their availability just appears, straight from their real calendar. You see when they're open, never what they're doing. Find a time in seconds.

The AI that does the busywork.

FamSynch's AI reads your screenshots, understands plain English, and keeps everyone on track, so you're not the family admin anymore.

Snap to event

Screenshot a newsletter or roster. The AI reads it and books the event on the right person's calendar.

Plain English

Say "move soccer to Saturday." It creates, changes, and announces for you.

Smart reminders

Leave-by times from live traffic, and a "pack a jacket" nudge when rain's on the way.

Daily briefing

Each morning, a plain-English rundown of everyone's day, written just for you.

"Add Emma's dentist Tuesday at 3pm."
Creates the event, on the right person's calendar.
"Move soccer to Saturday 10am."
Updates it, no digging through the calendar.
"Delete Friday's meeting."
Removes it, with a quick confirm first.
"Tell the soccer parents training's cancelled."
Posts an announcement to that circle.

Let FamSynch keep you ahead

Smart reminders, clash alerts, and a daily briefing so nothing slips.

Private by design.

FamSynch is built for families, not for advertisers.

Your data is encrypted Sensitive information is encrypted, and only what you choose to add ever enters FamSynch.
You control who sees what Every event can be private, busy, or shared. Across circles, others see only when you're free, never the details.
No ads, no data selling We don't sell your data or use your private content to train AI.
Export or delete anytime Your information is yours. Export or delete all of it from inside the app, whenever you like.

Already use Google or Apple Calendar?

Bring your existing calendar in — free, optional, and read-only.

Connect Google Calendar or Apple Calendar

  • Two ways in. Link your Google account, or connect the Apple Calendar already on your iPhone — no extra account, no setup.
  • You choose what comes in. Pick exactly which calendars to include and leave the rest out. Each person connects their own, so nobody can do it for you.
  • Read-only, always. FamSynch shows your events alongside the family's and never creates, edits, or deletes anything in your Google or Apple Calendar.
  • Same privacy control. Synced events follow the same Private / Busy / Shared choice as everything else, so you decide what others see.
  • One-tap disconnect, anytime, from the app.

Questions, answered

Everything you might be wondering before you start.

Is FamSynch free?

Yes. The shared calendar, Circles, announcements, screenshot-to-event and reminders are all free. A Premium plan adds unlimited AI, the daily briefing and leave-by reminders — free for 14 days. Free users can also earn bonus AI by inviting friends.

What are Circles?

Circles let you share a calendar with different groups — your family, a friend group, a sports team, your workplace. You belong to many circles and control what each one sees. Your family is simply one kind of circle.

How does "snap a screenshot" work?

Screenshot a school newsletter, roster, invite or booking and drop it in. FamSynch reads the date, time and place and turns it into an event on the right person's calendar — you always confirm before it's saved.

Can I search my calendar?

Yes. Search by title, place or person, then narrow by circle, member, category, date range or source (Google, Apple, screenshot or chat). Your selected filters move to the front of each row so you always see what's applied.

Does it work with Google and Apple Calendar?

Yes — connect Google Calendar or your on-device Apple Calendar and those events appear in FamSynch, each with a privacy choice you control. Sync is read-only, and it's free.

Who can see my events?

You choose per event: Private (only you), Busy (others see you're taken, not what), or Shared (full details). Data is encrypted at rest, never used to train AI, and you can delete your account and all your data at any time.

Can I control my notifications?

Yes. Choose what you're reminded about, set quiet hours so nothing pings overnight, and get a single daily briefing instead of a stream of alerts. Leave-by and weather nudges only fire when they're actually useful.

Can I change how the app looks?

Yes. Choose from several themes with automatic light and dark, plus a Soft or Bold home colour style in Settings → Appearance.

Does the AI read all my circles?

No. The AI assistant, daily briefing and screenshot reading work in your family calendar only. Friend circles get the shared-calendar and coordination features — not AI.
